Troubleshooting (1): "This album was not found on the Internet"

Check out this list if your Deluxe CD Player cannot download CD track info from the Web.

Connecting to threeTIX
First of all, you must connect Deluxe CD player with threeTIX since the classical servers are all down.

Check: did the Registry update work?
screenshot - Internet music sites

After connecting Deluxe CD player with threeTIX, select the menu items Internet | Internet music sites.
Is the item "Go to threeTIX" (amoung others) available?

General requirements
  • You must have internet access and be online.
  • Your access must be without "proxy authorization" (in general).

Options | Preferences
screenshot - Options | Preferences Select the menu items Options | Preferences... then the tab Album Options
  • Check Enable Internet album information download.
  • Select a primary provider (recommended: threeTIX)
  • Check Enable album download batching (recommended, but not required).

Downloading
Test downloading with the menu item Internet | Download track names.

screenshot - downloading

When downloading, the Deluxe CD Player Application should show a PC, an earth and an arrow at the left top.
Below them, different provider logos may appear. In the above screenshot, the threeTIX logo is shown. If the ProviderLogo setting in the Windows registry points to an invalid filename, the download will fail for that provider.
Possible reasons for invalid settings:
  • The logo file and/or it's path had been removed (accidentially) from the PC.
  • They have been entered manually and are misspelled (be sure to use \\ for the backslash in your *.reg file).

Retry
If your album was not found, please retry by using the batch download feature. See screenshot in section "Options | Preferences" above.
In general, I can convert and offer the required data soon after their first query.
I recommend retrying one day later.
