threeTIX server pilot project stalls

Between May 7th and May 14th of 2001 I was about to name the project "frustics".
Due to server- and other "technical problems" the first version of the query/upload functions had to be disabled/removed.

A PHP version had to be created and is in pilot phase since May, 14th.

Besides this, the domain and project name threeTIX was created.
